Terms and Conditions

- Last Orders for pre-Xmas Delivery: 2pm on Thursday 21st December 2023
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day (Monday - Friday).
- Delivery cost £8.50 per order
- Orders received before 2pm will be posted the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be posted the next working day (Monday - Friday).
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months only.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed against food and drink, home delivery and takeaway.
- The management will not accept responsibility for any lost vouchers (no replacement gift vouchers will be provided)
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund
- Industrial action by the Royal Mail may affect delivery times
